The supervisory board of Prime Office REIT-AG decided to appoint Mr Richard
Berg as a member of the executive board effective 1 July 2013, thereby
ensuring that the executive board consists of at least two members as
requested by the law and the Company's articles of association. In addition
to his executive board responsibilities, Mr Berg will remain in charge of
Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Until further notice, Mr
Berg's appointment will expire on 30 June 2014. However, the parties agreed
that Mr Berg will relinquish his executive board role as soon as the
supervisory board has filled the CEO position that has been vacant since
the former CEO was discharged on 28 June 2013.
